Relationship documents can hold deeply personal information. This page describes how the current PartnerVisaDocs preview handles that information.

Your workspace

Sign-in identifies your workspace. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare object storage; filenames, categories, extracted text, captions and saved canvas layouts are stored in a database. Server-side ownership checks restrict access to your files and records.

Optional AI document processing

Uploading saves your files without starting AI analysis. Using Auto-sort or Analyse document sends the document or its extracted text to OpenAI for folder suggestions. Photos are excluded from document analysis. Message filtering sends extracted conversation pages to OpenAI when you start the tool. Ask PartnerVisaDocs sends workspace text and saved analyses to answer your question.

AI requests use the Responses API with response storage disabled. This does not mean zero retention: provider security and abuse-monitoring policies may still apply. We do not claim zero-knowledge or end-to-end encryption.

Temporary PDF tools

Files added inside PDF Tools are processed in your browser tab. They are not uploaded to your account, stored in the database or sent to AI. Clear temporary files or refresh to discard them. Downloaded results remain on your device.

You decide what changes

AI suggestions do not move or rename your files automatically. You can accept a suggestion, edit it or ignore it. AI may make mistakes, so check dates, names and source documents.

Export and deletion

You can export original files and a document index from My Documents. Files placed in Trash remain stored until you permanently delete them. Settings includes a permanent deletion action for all records and files in your PartnerVisaDocs workspace. It does not delete your sign-in account. A minimal account identifier and trial start time remain to prevent repeat trials.

Deletion removes the active files and records managed by PartnerVisaDocs. Infrastructure backups or provider logs may have separate retention policies. This preview does not offer a verified backup-retention guarantee.

Account and security

During the transition, existing sign-in uses ChatGPT. Once Supabase is connected, it processes your account email, authentication credentials, verification and recovery requests; Google handles Google sign-in when enabled. Documents remain in the PartnerVisaDocs storage described above. Session cookies identify your account, and server checks restrict records to their owner. The hosted site uses HTTPS. We do not log document contents or API keys in application logs.

Development preview

PartnerVisaDocs is a working development preview, not a security-audited production service. Paid checkout, final retention terms and production security review remain part of launch preparation. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added.

Privacy questions

Use the contact form to save a privacy enquiry. The preview stores the message; it does not send email notifications.
